* Request replacement photographs
* Reschedule the appointment

If you choose to proceed under conditions that may affect the analysis, ATX Color Studio does not guarantee the same result that may have been reached under the recommended conditions.

## 6. Professional Judgment and Color Analysis Results

Color analysis includes an element of trained professional interpretation.

Different analysts, systems, lighting environments, draping methods, or photographs may produce different conclusions.

A result provided by ATX Color Studio reflects the analyst’s professional judgment based on:

* The conditions present
* The client’s natural coloring
* The materials reviewed
* Professional training and experience

ATX Color Studio does not guarantee that another analyst or color-analysis system will reach the same conclusion.

## 7. Virtual Services

Virtual services depend on the timely submission of accurate and usable information.

You are responsible for:

* Following all photograph instructions
* Submitting clear and unedited photographs
* Using appropriate lighting
* Disclosing relevant makeup, self-tanner, colored-contact, and hair-color information
* Attending scheduled video calls
* Maintaining a working internet connection and compatible device
* Responding to requests for additional information

Stated turnaround periods begin only after all required materials have been received in usable form unless otherwise stated.

Delays caused by missing, incomplete, unsuitable, or inaccurate submissions do not count toward the stated turnaround period.

ATX Color Studio may request replacement photographs or additional information before completing the service.

## 8. Group and Event Services

Group, corporate, private-party, and mobile event services may require:

* A nonrefundable deposit
* A minimum booking period
* Final payment before the event
* Travel fees
* Parking reimbursement
* Lodging or transportation expenses
* Additional staffing
* An appropriate indoor setup area
* Suitable seating, lighting, and access
* Adequate time for setup and breakdown

The event proposal, invoice, or written event agreement will control if it contains terms that differ from this page.

The client or event organizer is responsible for:

* Providing required furniture or space
* Keeping guests reasonably organized
* Paying for additional approved time
